Cherokee Photography Club
The club meets every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at the Cherokee Arts Center in downtown Canton.
Cobb Photographic Society
The purpose of the Cobb Photographic Society is to share and promote the art of photography. Anyone interested in photography may become a member off this club. Meetings are held the 1sy and 3rd Monday of each month at the Cobb County Public Library.

SPS is a member of this club The Photographic Society of America (PSA) is the largest organization of its kind in the world,bringing together amateur and professionals in all the varied fields of photography.
Roswell Photographic Society
RPG hosts George Lepp Sat, Oct 26, 2002 who will provide a one-day seminar on nature photography. Also, in conjunction with the Alpharetta Kiwanis Fdn, RPG is hosting a photo contest themed "patriotism" with entry deadline of Aug 25, 2002. See the web site for more information.
Sweetwater Camera Club
Sweetwater Camera Club meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM in the Community Room at Regions Bank, Lithia Springs, Ga. The purpose of SCC, a nonprofits organization, is to share and promote photography for enjoyment and recreation.

Larry Winslett Workshops
Larry Winslett is a nature photographer who has chronicled the natural world in many parts of North America, with an emphasis on the Southern Appalachian Mountains. He has specialized in the region's native wildflowers, rivers and streams, and granite outcrops such as Stone, Panola, and Arabia Mountains in Georgia. His photographs have been featured in a variety of publications and exhibits, including three permanent exhibits at Stone Mountain Park. In 2004, a new Environmental Education Center at Stone Mountain Park will showcase more of Larry's photography work at the park. Larry has used his photographs to help raise public awareness of environmental issues and concerns. He has organized and presented many slide shows for recreational and environmental purposes, including presentations to members of the Georgia General Assembly in support of environmental issues. Larry is also an experienced photography workshop leader and Photoshop instructor. Many of his photographs are on file with the LOOKSOUTH Photo Agency of Atlanta.
